According to the low carbon development status in Taiyuan, EED calculated energy consumption and CO2 emission in Taiyuan, based on the basic and objective of low carbon development in Taiyuan to formulate of Low-Carbon Development Planning of Taiyuan. Project mainly focused on low-carbon industry, adjusted the industrial structure and promoted low-carbon production; low-carbon energy, control traditional coal consumption, change the way of energy utilization;low-carbon management, perfect carbon management system in Taiyuan.
