National Energy Administration: Implementation Plan of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation

In recent years, solar photovoltaic power generation technology has advanced rapidly, and the scale of related manufacturing industries and development and utilization has gradually expanded. It has become an important area for the development of renewable energy. Photovoltaic power generation is suitable for combining power users' electricity needs with the promotion of distributed photovoltaic systems in various buildings and public facilities in towns and villages. In order to implement the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for the development of renewable energy and promote the sustainable development of the solar power industry, the National Energy Administration organizes the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation and its application demonstration areas. EED compiled a "Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Implementation Plan" for Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province and Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. The program includes: construction conditions and economic evaluation of the demonstration area, grid structure and power of the demonstration area Loads, distributed photovoltaic projects and optimized layout, demonstration area distribution network technology and service measures, demonstration area construction implementation plans and work recommendations.
