On February 12, 2018, EED participated in the
competitive negotiation held by Hebei province utilizing the loan from Asian
Development Bank, for selecting the company to compose the project management
manual of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction. EED won the bid
successfully.
The project management manual is an important guide
for project implementation. Following the policies and key management
requirements outlined by the governments and ADB, EED will lay the foundation
for the successful implementation of the project within the budget.
EED will deploy a team of experienced experts to provide comprehensive technical supports and promotion for the preparation of the ADB project management manual based on the experiences accumulated during the ADB project implementation.
