Asian Development Bank/ Ministry of Agriculture/ Global Environmental Fund: Integrated Renewable Biomass Energy Development Sector

Under the grant support of Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility (CEFPF) and Global Environment Facility (GEF), this project aims to install high-temperature flares in all subprojects and establish performance monitoring mechanism, and also to support researches on policy, technology, management and best business model of centralized biogas plants and grid-connected biogas plants, in order to eliminate obstacles of on-grid mechanism, technology and management for power generation. Foreign Economic Cooperation Center (FECC), Ministry of Agriculture, as the Executing Agency (EA), is responsible for overall supervision and guidance of the TA implementation; Energy and Environmental Development Research Center (EED), as the selected consulting firm through standard ADB bidding procedure, is responsible for project implementation.
