Strategic Prosperity Fund/National Development and Reform Commission: Study on the financial and taxation policies for promoting clean coal power generation technology

The project aims to discuss international best practices and explore current financial policy barriers, ultimately encourages the formulation of financial and tax policies, and promotes the deployment of clean coal technologies and recognition of CCS as an important solution by our government. The goal of this project is to facilitate the promotion of clean coal power generation technology, increase energy efficiency, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions through the establishment of effective recommendations related to fiscal policies. The major outputs of the project include:

(1) Analysis report on the experiences of financial policies related to international clean coal power generation technology;

(2) Comparative study of clean coal power generation enterprises and traditional coal power generation companies;
